Duffless Golf Inc. ("Duffless," "we," "our," or "us") provides mobile applications and related services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

• User Information: name, email, photos or videos of your golf swing, and optional profile details you provide.
• Voice Data: audio processed for coaching feedback.
• Automatically Collected Data: device type, operating system, IP address, in-app actions, session duration, crash reports, and analytics.
• Location (optional): approximate device/IP location if enabled.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide swing analysis, voice feedback, and coaching insights.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Improve and train AI models (using anonymized or de-identified data).
• Communicate about updates, support, and service notices.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

• Cloud providers: third parties such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and processing.
• Analytics partners: to understand app performance and improve features.
• Legal/safety recipients: when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain information while your account is active. Upon verified deletion request, we remove or de-identify personal data within 30 days. We may retain certain data for up to 90 days in secure backups for disaster recovery purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted. Data may be retained longer only where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).

Beta Program Note: As this is a beta program, we may collect additional data for testing and improvement purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Security

We use encryption and industry-standard safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

8. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and take appropriate steps to secure your data.

9. International Transfer

Data may be processed in Canada, the United States, and other locations where our service providers operate.
